This internship will focus on the internal affairs of our company, primarily improving the onboarding process for new hires and working with the HR team to improve overall employee experience with the company. We will also focus on the operational aspects involved in the recruitment of new talent for the company, including job advertisement, determining applicant qualifications, arranging and assisting in conducting interviews, social media management, and more.
We seek high energy sophomores, juniors, and seniors for our 12-14 week summer internship, who are looking to develop their skills in marketing, consulting, and business management.
